Donated by local residents, Gee-Hruska and O'Day Wetland Areas create a wetland complex located about one mile south of Little Sioux. Gee-Hruska Wetland consists of 30 acres that is predominately wetland with some upland habitat along the edge. A wetland reserve property (Wetland Reserve Program), O'Day Wetland has 15 acres with a small wetland basin, mixed native upland habitat, and wooded areas. These are nice areas for pheasant, quail, waterfowl, and deer.
